There is only one duty in Jack's life, and that is to swab the deck of the Arrogant Cloud, that and make people walk the plank, that is as soon as he convinces everyone to let him put a plank in. Some might say that Jack is a little screwy, a little off his hinges, but others just say that he's insane. The man believes he's a pirate, and while he always gets the place clean, he always walks around saying that he's the captain of this airship!
