Zonde, Sin City

Ok, I was thinking about a Bartona City focused on everything that is bad with the world, Casinos, Bars, Whore Houses, you name it. Here is the Description I would use:

Zonde City (Sin in Dutch)

Also known as Sin City, this is a city without law and order, or at least there doesn't seem to any due to the lack of official Trials and Duels. In this city you can find many sinful places such as Casinos and other betting places around every corner, more bars then McDonald's in New York and of course the Red Light District where half of the people come out with a smile and the other half come out with no wallet, sometimes both. Drugs, alcohol and money rule in this forsaken place where not even The Principality bothers to enter.
